Below are the terms and conditions for our programs and services.

Description of Services
CC’s Coaching Company, operating under the DBA of The Healers Vault, provides digital, self-paced healing, certification, and business development programs. Program content is delivered through secure online platforms designed for independent, self-directed learning. Certain programs or offers may also include access to optional community or discussion platforms, when explicitly stated.

Services are educational and experiential in nature and are designed to support personal growth, skill development, and business education. Participation requires personal responsibility, self-implementation, and individual discernment.

There are no live sessions, coaching calls, or community access included unless explicitly stated.

Programs & Services Covered Under This Agreement
This legal client agreement applies to the following programs and digital products offered by The Healers Vault:

• ALIGN Certification Program

• Magnetize Your Purpose

• Flow to Freedom

• Create Your Magic in Kajabi

• The Practitioner’s Library

This single agreement governs your participation in any and all of the programs listed above.

Lifetime access applies to all digital programs and course materials listed above. Lifetime access does not apply to communities, memberships, or live group spaces.

This agreement also applies to any and all future programs, courses, or digital products offered by The Healers Vault, even if they are not specifically listed here.

Program Details — Certification & Healing Programs
Our programs are not a substitute for legal or financial advice, professional mental health care, therapy, or any other type of medical care. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health or medical condition. You agree not to hold The Healers Vault or any of its employees, contractors, or clients liable for any outcomes resulting directly or indirectly from the coaching, healing, or certification process.

You understand that this is a certification program, not a licensure program, and it does not authorize you to practice any form of regulated health care, therapy, or counseling. Coaching, healing, and hypnotherapy are currently unregulated (and in some areas, self-regulated) industries. Laws vary by region, and you are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable regulations.

You agree that it is entirely your responsibility to research and comply with the legal, ethical, and business requirements in your geographic location before offering any services to the public. The Healers Vault makes no claims, guarantees, or promises regarding your legal ability to use the tools or modalities taught.

Certification is not guaranteed and is contingent upon successful completion of the required curriculum. You may exit the program at any time, forfeiting certification.

Program Details — Business & Strategy Programs
Business, marketing, and strategy programs provided by The Healers Vault do not guarantee any specific results. You are fully responsible for your own learning, implementation, and business outcomes. Any success or results depend on your individual effort, decisions, and external factors beyond our control. You agree not to hold The Healers Vault liable for your business decisions, actions, or outcomes.

Peer Practice & Student Interaction
If you choose to coach, practice healing, or exchange services with other students, you do so voluntarily and at your own discretion. You agree not to hold The Healers Vault or its owners, officers, employees, contractors, or affiliates liable for anything that occurs during or as a result of these interactions.

The Vault Community Access
Community access, if offered, is separate from all programs listed above and is not included in any program or certification, including the ALIGN Certification Program.

Access is provided only through a separate monthly membership and ends immediately upon cancellation. Lifetime access does not apply to community membership.

If mentor-led calls are included as part of the community membership, all call details—including times and dates—are subject to change at the discretion of The Healers Vault depending on facilitator or teacher availability. Replays are provided for members who cannot attend live sessions, but access to replays is limited to active members only and is not included as lifetime access.

By joining, you agree to treat all members with respect and follow all posted guidelines. Harassment, bullying, abuse, solicitation, or disruptive behavior is not permitted.

The Healers Vault may remove you from any community space at any time, without notice or refund, if you violate guidelines or act in a disruptive or harmful manner.

One-Time Live Events
From time to time, The Healers Vault may offer one-time live events such as workshops or webinars. Participation in these events is optional. Your one-time investment provides lifetime access to the recorded replay only. Access to the live session itself may vary depending on facilitator availability and scheduling.

Payment & Cancellation Policies
All programs listed under this agreement are offered for a one-time tuition granting lifetime access to the program content. There are no recurring or hidden fees for programs.

Community access, if offered, is available only through a separate monthly membership. Access ends immediately upon cancellation, and lifetime access does not apply.

Due to the digital nature of all programs and memberships, all sales are final. No refunds, disputes, or chargebacks are permitted.

If you file a dispute or chargeback in violation of this agreement, you are responsible for all bank, processing, and administrative fees incurred by The Healers Vault and agree to pay these fees upon invoice.

Intellectual Property & Conduct
All content within this portal is owned by The Healers Vault. You may not share login credentials, distribute, reproduce, or sell any materials.

You agree not to make defamatory, slanderous, or harmful statements about The Healers Vault, its owners, contractors, or affiliates. This does not prohibit honest reviews but does prohibit harassment, abuse, or malicious conduct.

We reserve the right to terminate your access without refund or notice if you violate this agreement.

Founder’s Background & Qualifications
This program is founded by Crystal Cook, founder of The Healers Vault. Crystal holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and has over 15 years of experience in talent strategy, leadership, coaching, healing, and curriculum design. She has received advanced facilitation training through Vanguard, Richardson, and McKinsey & Company Consulting and holds master-level certifications in energy healing, hypnotherapy, and reiki. Her programs have served a global community of over 20,000 students since 2019.

Attorneys’ Fees & Legal Expenses
If any proceeding or action is brought to enforce this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.

Digital Signature & Agreement
By checking “accept,” you are providing your legal signature and agree to all terms above.

By checking “accept,” you acknowledge that this agreement is legally binding and enforceable in a court of law.
