Description of Services
CC’s Coaching Co provides digital, self-paced healing, certification, and business programs for aspiring coaches and healers. All content is delivered through pre-recorded modules that you navigate at your own pace. There are no live sessions or coaching calls. You are responsible for your own learning, implementation, and outcomes.

Founder’s Background & Qualifications
This program is founded by Crystal Cook, founder of CC’s Coaching Co. Crystal holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and has over 15 years of experience in talent strategy, leadership, coaching, healing, and curriculum design. She has received advanced facilitation training through Vanguard, Richardson, and McKinsey & Company Consulting. In addition, she holds master-level certifications in energy healing, hypnotherapy, and reiki. Her programs have been in operation since 2019 and have served a global community of over 20,000 students. Crystal has facilitated more than 10,000 hours of live coaching and healing sessions. Her work integrates deep healing with strategic frameworks for leadership and purpose-driven entrepreneurship.

Scope of Practice & Legal Boundaries
Our programs are not a substitute for legal or financial advice, professional mental health care, therapy, or any other type of medical care. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health or medical condition. You agree not to hold CC’s Coaching Co, or any of its employees, contractors, or clients, liable for any outcomes resulting directly or indirectly from the coaching and healing process.

You accept full responsibility for learning and practicing the modalities taught within this program. You understand that this is a certification, not a license, and does not authorize you to practice any form of regulated health care, therapy, or counseling. Coaching, healing, and hypnotherapy are currently unregulated (and in some areas, self-regulated) industries, which means there is no official government oversight or licensure in most regions. However, laws can vary globally, and your region may have specific rules, restrictions, or registration requirements that apply to your practice.

You agree that it is entirely your responsibility to research and comply with the legal, ethical, and business requirements in your geographic location before offering any services to the public. CC’s Coaching Co does not make any claims, guarantees, or promises regarding your legal ability to use the tools and modalities taught in this program. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you assume all risk related to how and where you choose to apply your certification.

If you do not feel comfortable with any part of the material or certification process, you have the right to exit the program at any time, forfeiting your certification. Certification is not guaranteed and is contingent upon successful completion of the required curriculum.

If you choose to coach or practice healing with other students during this program, you do so voluntarily and at your own discretion. You agree to not hold CC’s Coaching Co or its owners, officers, employees, contractors, or affiliates liable for anything that happens during or as a result of these peer sessions.

By accepting this agreement, you acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to consult with legal, financial, and business professionals to ensure you are operating within the bounds of your local laws and industry standards. You agree not to hold CC’s Coaching Co or any of its owners, contractors, or clients liable for the decisions you make or the services you offer following this certification.

By accepting this agreement, you are assuming all risk associated with the services you choose to offer within your business and agree to contact business lawyers, accountants, and other professionals to ensure you're in compliance with your geographic region and laws.

Payment & Cancellation Policies
There is a one-time tuition for lifetime access to your program. There are no recurring or hidden fees.

Due to the digital nature of our programs, we have a strict no-refund policy, as you cannot return the knowledge, training, and healing that you receive. By accepting our agreements, you are taking ownership of your decision to enroll into our program and therefore agree to not request a refund or file a dispute or chargeback.

If you breach this agreement and file a dispute or chargeback, you are responsible for the bank and processing fees incurred by CC’s Coaching Co and will be invoiced these fees via your email on file. By accepting this agreement, you agree to pay these fees by the invoice due date.

Intellectual Property & Conduct
You agree not to share or disperse any content within this portal and understand that this content is owned by CC’s Coaching Co. This means that you may not share your login credentials with another party, nor may you distribute or sell any of our material.

You agree that you will not, at any time during this agreement or hereafter, make comments, whether oral or in writing, that attempt to defame, slander, or injure CC’s Coaching Co, its owners, officers, directors, managers, members, agents, employees, contractors, representatives, products and services, or professional or personal reputation of any of the foregoing (this does not mean you cannot leave a review - it means you cannot abuse, bully, or slander).

We reserve the right to terminate your account and program access without a refund or providing communication or notice if you violate any terms within this agreement.

Attorneys’ Fees & Legal Expenses
If any proceeding or action shall be brought to recover any amount under this Agreement, or for or on account of any breach of, or to enforce or interpret any of the terms, covenants, or conditions of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover from the other party, as part of the prevailing party's costs, reasonable attorneys' fees, the amount of which shall be fixed by the court, and shall be made a part of any award or judgment rendered.
